Bridge runs two successful interactive sessions with the senior teams of Chinese banks at Cambridge University.

Bridge has recently designed and delivered two Accelerated Solution Workshops (ASW) at the Møller Centre at Churchill College Cambridge for senior leaders of two major Chinese banks. The China Merchants Bank and The Chongqing Bank each brought leadership teams to Cambridge to address their future strategic challenges. The workshops focussed on issues of leadership and competitive strategy in the current market environment, and were supported by interactive teaming and high-level strategic consensus building techniques. This innovative approach, while not widely established in Chinese business culture, was extra-ordinarily well received, and will form the foundation of how Bridge works with its clients in the Chinese market.
