    The Bridge Coaching Philosophy is focused on helping our clients set and achieve their unique performance improvement goals and is based the concepts of Awareness and Responsibility

    Although every coach, every client, and every coaching relationship is different, a typical coaching relationship includes significant dialogue, establishing what is important to the client and clarifying their values.

    Whether supporting an individual or an entire team, our coaches collaborate with our clients on goals, a plan to achieve them, and support to fulfill that plan.

    The Bridge Coaching Philosophy:

    The Bridge Coaching Philosophy guides our success and includes four key pillars.

    1. Begin with Self-Awareness. We use a variety of questionnaires and psychometric assessments to help clients gain a baseline understanding of their current abilities and styles.
    2. Set Clear Goals. The coach and coachee work together to set goals to move the coachee forward.
    3. Take Responsibility for Results. A coach provides a point of accountability for ensuring that progress is made, and the coachee commits to ownership for growth, as evidenced by results.
    4. Focus on Development. The coaching relationship is a developmental, not an evaluative, one. Sessions are confidential and designed for the best developmental focus of the employee.

      • We are committed to results. All of our coaches participate fully in our quality assurance and operational excellence program administered by the Bridge Coaching Network coordinator.
      • If after the first coaching session, a coachee is not 100% satisfied, they may select another coach from the Bridge Network without question and without any additional charge by simply contacting the Bridge Coaching coordinator.
    • Flexible

      • The Bridge coaching program is available for either individuals or executive teams and can be provided in-person or virtually. Some teams using our executive team coaching service opt to use the Bridge virtual coaching & learning web center for their sessions.
      • Coaching packages are designed for each participating organization based on their specific needs.
      • Participants may select a coach of their choice from the Bridge Network providing the ability to match clients to the coaches (and coaching models) best for their situation, industry, and leadership style. The Network is dispersed geographically across the US and Europe to provide flexibility.

    Virtual Coaching

    Our most popular service is the Virtual Coaching Package which provides 5 coaching sessions, approximately one hour in length, with an experienced executive coach. You may start the program at any time, but we recommend you complete your coaching sessions within a six month period. The participant and the coach will schedule their sessions together, based on the participant's needs.

    Our program is also very easy to administer as you have one contract, one invoice, and one point of contact for a complete coaching package.
